Available in 2 versions, the fully integrated yet portable infotainment system combines camper-specific Garmin navigation with extensive Fusion premium entertainment. The system consists of the vehicle-specific RV 52 Stereo Dock installation element, onto which the selected control panel (to be ordered separately) with an 8” or a 10” screen is placed. The control panel can be detached from the radio and used as a remote control inside and outside of the motorhome. Besides the vehicle-specific routing, an integrated hands-free function, voice control, as well as driver assistance with notifications of hazard alerts provide additional safety while driving. Via the Garmin Drive™ app on a smartphone, users receive smart notifications, traffic information, weather data, and more in real time directly on the display. Moreover, comprehensive databases with camping POIs and information by ACSI™ and NKC Campercontact™, Trailer‘s PARK™ campsites and motorhome stopovers for campers and caravans, as well as recommendations by TripAdvisor and Foursquare with reviews are included. Besides the 4 ports for the installation of compatible cameras (for rear-view, front-view, and as indicator-activated side cameras), the premium sound system offers a variety of media connectivity options such as Apple AirPlay and UPnP. With the multi-zone technology, the sound can be controlled directly via the dock in 4 independent audio zones, the detachable control panel, or the GARMIN Audio app for smartphones.
