The specially designed glass lid is heat-resistant and allows you to keep an eye on the baking process at any time – without having to open it. This saves energy and ensures an even result. The RoadBaker works on nearly all common heat sources such as gas, electric, barbecues or camping stoves. It cannot be used on induction stoves.
