The specially designed glass lid is heat-resistant and allows you to keep an eye on the baking process at any time – without having to open it. This saves energy and ensures an even result. The RoadBaker works on nearly all common heat sources such as gas, electric, barbecues or camping stoves. It cannot be used on induction stoves. The RoadRack Base is a custom-fit stainless steel baking rack with silicone edge protection for the RoadBaker and the Omnia oven (Classic/Maxi). It reliably protects non-stick coatings from scratches and is ideal for rolls, chips and mini pizzas, as well as for steaming fish or vegetables. It can be combined with the separately available RoadRack Top.
