This manual stabiliser set ClickFix offers a reliable solution for parking the Fiat Ducato from model year 2006/07 and similar vehicles stably and safely. With a load capacity of around 500 kg per support, the ClickFix stabilisers made of aluminium ensure a stable stand for the vehicle. Compatibility with the AdBlue tank and the spare wheel holder provides maximum mounting options. The stepless lifting system allows for easy alignment of the van. With a 662 mm long crank handle, handling is simple and efficient. A half turn is sufficient to reach the support position. The lifting process is also made easier by the automatic tensioning. The telescoping capability of the supports from +40 mm to +80 mm allows for adjustment to different surfaces. With a weight of only about 13.1 kg at the front and 10.7 kg at the rear, this stabiliser set adds hardly any additional weight to the vehicle.

Kundenservice, perönliche Beratung und Versand

Hallo zusammen, ich kann nur Positives über den Kundenservice berichten. Es gibt keine elendslange Warteschleife wie bei vielen anderen Hotlines. Genauso wenig sucht man vergeblich nach automatischen Weiterleitungen, denn hier ist Persönlichkeit noch vorhanden. Man fühlt sich sofort gut aufgehoben und die Beratung ist somit obendrein der Hammer. Ich hatte eine Frage zu den Alko Clickfix Kurbelstützenset. Nach kürzester Zeit erhielt ich einen Rückruf mit den nötigen Informationen und einer Auskunft, dass es für meinen Fall keine Alternativprodukte gibt. Sowas nenne ich Kundenservice und möchte in diesem Zusammenhang besonders die Namen Frau Janzen und Frau Heimann erwähnen, die hier einen hervorragenden Job machen. Ein weiterer Punkt ist der Versand. Meine Bestellung ging am Mittwoch, 4.9. um 13.52 Uhr bei Camping Kaufhaus ein, in meiner Hoffnung, das Paket noch am Samstag zu erhalten, um am Wochenende den Einbau tätigen zu können. Ich traute meinen Augen am nächsten Tag kaum, als ich die Nachricht von DHL erhielt, dass das Paket bei mir zuhause angeliefert wurde. Für mich kann ich Camping Kaufhaus vollumfänglich weiterempfehlen.
