Only in a clean tank does pure water remain drinkable and safe for your health! The causes of contamination in drinking water tanks are diverse. In addition to bacteria and pathogens in the fresh water itself, often the dispensing points and hoses are dirty. This allows germs to quickly enter pipes and pumps. Long retention times of water, especially at high temperatures, are a guarantee for the growth of bacteria and algae. Not approved for Switzerland!
Stage 1 – clean the tank
Certinox TankRein removes algae and bacterial deposits in fresh water tanks, pipes, fittings and pumps with active oxygen – without chlorine and surfactants.
Stage 2 – remove limescale and odours
Certinox TankFrisch removes limescale deposits, biofilms, musty odours and bad tastes with natural citric acid. Additionally, TankFrisch protects the pump from wear.
Stage 3 – disinfect drinking water
In cases of poor drinking water quality, e.g. in Southern and Eastern Europe, the newly added drinking water should be disinfected. For this, certisil® combina is added. It should be allowed to act for at least 30 minutes before consumption. For high-quality drinking water in Central, Northern and Western Europe, the addition of certisil® argento is sufficient. Allow to act for at least 2 hours before consumption.
