Lithium Battery PowerUnit, 180 Ah

The PowerUnit enables the simple and safe combination of an MT lithium power battery with the existing RV battery (AGM/gel/liquid acid). The combination of both battery systems offers a number of advantages:

• Simple installation
• Considerably more capacity
• High current draw possible
• The vehicle can finally be used independently.
• Temperature-independent system
• Extremely long service life of the entire battery system
• No need to convert the on-board electronics to lithium

Both battery systems are connected with the enclosed cable set. The system is monitored and controlled by the battery computer control. This is connected to the BMS (Battery Management System) of the lithium battery and prevents further charging by the existing charging systems if the lithium battery is fully charged but the charging systems still need to charge the installed RV battery further due to its AGM or gel characteristic curve. In addition, the battery computer displays the total available capacity of the entire battery system in the interior.
