The rear area cannot be aired through windows. As a result, air and heat accumulate. With the Air-Safe, the tailgate can be held open quickly and easily by approx. 10 cm and still be locked. Air-Safe is made of stainless steel (V2A) and is simply hooked into the lower locking bar so that it "extends" the original lock. Air-Safe is available for all T4, T5 and T6 models with closing aid. The simultaneous use of a FLYOUT tailgate mosquito net ensures a mosquito-free night.
